Meet Tiffany Cutcliff
I’m glad you’re here. Finding the right therapist is an important step, and feeling comfortable and supported, even through a screen, matters. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and offer telehealth therapy exclusively, allowing you to engage in meaningful work from a space where you feel most at ease.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, with each session tailored to your unique experiences and goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am certified in Brainspotting, a brain-based modality that supports healing from trauma and emotional distress. As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I also value the mind–body connection and may incorporate gentle somatic techniques when helpful.
I work with adults and couples and strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Together, we’ll move at your pace toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy coffee, baking, and spending time in nature- small moments of grounding I also encourage clients to cultivate in their own lives.
